Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. is currently hiring for a Marketing Specialist II (Remote) for their premier client. The role involves building, testing, and deploying email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring campaign accuracy and adherence to timelines, and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy static and automated email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder)
- Identify opportunities for automation, scalability and process improvement
- Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time with proper QA and compliance checks. If needed, collaborate with stakeholders to translate client requirements into executable SFMC workflows
- Adhere to execution timelines, QA processes, and documentation within the campaign management systems
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Direct Marketing Channel experience i.e., Email, Direct Mail, SMS, Mobile push/wallet campaigns
- Proven experience in B2B campaign operations or marketing automation
- Exposure to SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Demonstrated experience in attention to detail, project management, and business communication
- Proven ability to deliver Analytical solutions for Business problems
- Must Have: Atleast 3 plus years Project management experience, 3 plus years salesforce marketing cloud is a plus and any kind of HTML or email build work history
- Exposure to Marketing and retail concepts
- Exposure to Marketing databases and Digital Platforms
- Exposure to project management tools: COSMOS Workfront (or) MRM (or) Jira (or) ProofHub etc
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, organize workflow, and prioritize work
