What You'll Do for Us
As a Consultant, Global Equity, you'll contribute to a team that delivers exceptional stock plan management and employee compensation solutions. Your role is critical in ensuring the accurate administration of equity-based compensation programs that reward our employees worldwide. Here's what you can expect to do:
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
- Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards with precision and attention to detail
- Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting
- Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, system partners, or other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant processes and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
- Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations and strategic initiatives
- Review and maintain equity management systems and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Perform other equity plan management tasks as requested by senior leadership
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable field preferred
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with a variety of stock plan products including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans
- Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers
- Ability to analyze and convert findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Previous experience in a global corporate environment with cross-functional teamwork

- Incentive Plans Expertise: Knowledge of various equity compensation structures and their administration
- Payroll & Tax Compliance: Understanding of payroll processes and tax implications related to equity compensation
- Stock Options & Equities: Familiarity with stock option structures, vesting schedules, and equity plan administration
- Stock Plan Administration: Experience managing equity compensation plans throughout their lifecycle
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and global teams
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to accuracy in all aspects of work
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable learning and adapting to new software systems and technologies
