Our Product and Tools Operations team (gPTO) leverages deep user, operational, and technical insights to innovate arenaflex’s product suite into customer experiences that are so intuitive and automated that they require minimal support. We partner closely with Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams to simplify our products and build productivity environments that enable our users to achieve more.
The Data, Architecture, Tools and Analytics (gDATA) team supports the broader arenaflex organization. We manage and utilize massive datasets to solve complex, non-recurring analysis problems while providing operational analytics and reporting. Our team combines analytical excellence, objectivity, and a deep understanding of business processes and operations to enable informed decision-making across the organization.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you’ll be at the forefront of driving data-informed decisions across the organization. Your work will directly impact how we improve our products, optimize operations, and serve our customers. Here’s what you can expect:
- Provide data-driven insights and analytical support for the organization, focusing on solving strategic and operational challenges through comprehensive data analysis.
- Work with massive volumes of data residing in our internal systems, conceptualizing and building analytical solutions that address complex business questions.
- Generate actionable data insights by exploring datasets, identifying trends, and translating findings into clear, compelling recommendations that influence critical business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate key metrics and performance indicators to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Operations to understand data needs and deliver meaningful analytical solutions.
- Design and implement analytical frameworks that support strategic planning, performance measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by establishing best practices for data collection, validation, and documentation.
- Mentor and coach junior analysts on analytical techniques, tools, and best practices to elevate the team’s overall capabilities.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a solid foundation in analytical methodologies and a proven track record of delivering impactful insights. We’re seeking candidates with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytics or data scientist position, demonstrating progressive responsibility and increasing complexity.
- Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries and working with multiple datasets to generate meaningful reporting and insights.
- The ability to navigate complex data environments and extract actionable information from diverse sources.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a Sales or Customer Service environment, understanding the unique data challenges and opportunities in these domains.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as R or Python, with the ability to perform advanced statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of analytical techniques including experimental analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into useful formats and communicate actionable insights through compelling storytelling.
- Excellent project management skills, with the capacity to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a high-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with engineering practices around analytical accuracy, including the development of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), and Design Documentation.
- Experience with code development practices, including checking in and reviewing code to ensure analytical rigor and reproducibility.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging trends in data analytics, business intelligence, and operational analytics.
