Position Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Senior Operations Analyst to join our Operations Analysis and Execution (OAP) team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing strategic insights through advanced analysis and building strong partnerships with operational teams. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring that arenaflex reliably serves its customers with excellence.
This position is part of our Air Terminal Client Services (ACS) Asset Planning team, where you will conduct research and analysis of key operational and staffing metrics to drive both operational and financial performance. You will play a vital role in developing predictive models and forecasts that proactively inform ACS staffing needs, collaborating with multiple cross-functional ACS departments to deliver results that impact the bottom line.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Operations Analyst at arenaflex, you will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Predictive Modeling & Forecasting: Develop and maintain predictive models and forecasts to proactively communicate required ACS staffing needs. Collaborate effectively with multiple cross-functional ACS departments to ensure alignment and successful implementation of staffing strategies.
- Resource Utilization Analysis: Investigate asset usage and identify opportunities for more optimal and efficient solutions. Analyze current workflows and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Performance Reporting: Create comprehensive reports related to the performance of asset planning initiatives. Present findings to OAP and business unit leaders, including senior executives, with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Industry Trend Analysis: Examine the latest trends in ACS asset planning to stay ahead of the curve. Research emerging best practices and innovative approaches that can be incorporated into arenaflex's operational strategies.
- Data Sourcing & Analysis: Locate and analyze data from various sources for use in research, models, and project development. Identify and cultivate new data sources and develop foundational analytical models and initiatives.
- Analytical Methodology: Apply descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytical techniques to highlight business challenges, potential solutions, and relevant trade-offs. Transform complex data into meaningful insights using data visualization and analytical storytelling techniques.
- Model Development: Develop new strategic analytical models or modify existing ones to address evolving business needs. Ensure models are robust, scalable, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Complex Reporting: Develop complex reports and analyses with guidance from leadership. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance of all deliverables.
- Process Improvement: Support complex process improvement and project management initiatives for both individual business units and cross-divisional programs. Drive efficiency and effectiveness across operational functions.
- Internal Consultation: Act as an internal subject matter expert to partners and provide insights to drive results. Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the organization.
- Safety Compliance: Consistently make safety and security, of self and others, the priority. Adhere to all safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following minimum qualifications:
- Analytical Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau is required. Strong technical skills in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and visualization are essential.
- Business Acumen: Solid business judgment, statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage complex processes and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written, presentation, and verbal skills. Ability to create concise, relevant, and strategically sound documents and presentations for senior leaders.

- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies.
