The Hardware Operations team at arenaflex is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the physical infrastructure that powers our powerful search technology and cloud platforms. As an Operations Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our data center operations.
In this position, you will install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware components such as servers and their accessories, as well as server software running on Linux-based systems. You will also take on the configuration of more complex components including networks, routers, hubs, bridges, switches, and various networking protocols.
Your daily responsibilities will involve manual movement and installation of racks, hardware deployment, and working with some of the most advanced computer technology in the industry.
