Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Infosys is seeking a Senior Practice Client Partner for its Salesforce practice. The Senior Practice Client Partner is responsible for all client interfaces within a group of accounts across the Financial Services industry, driving business growth and client management for the Salesforce ecosystem of services and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, develop go-to-market sales plans to drive revenue, margin, and practice growth, including net new account acquisition
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, and deal closure. Proactively create opportunities, build and maintain a healthy pipeline, deliver accurate forecasts, and consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual order booking and revenue targets
- Market making - Leverage marketing led activities to drive brand differentiation and awareness both in existing clients as well as prospects
- Manage strategic client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, positioning Simplus as a preferred partner for digital and Salesforce-led transformation
- Create and execute detailed account plans in collaboration with Salesforce and client teams, aligning on business priorities, identifying whitespace opportunities, and driving joint value realization through roadmap planning
- Partner with Infosys Client Partners and Sales Executives to identify qualified opportunities, managing all pre-sales activities end-to-end
- Leverage industry and client insights to collaborate with solution leaders in designing tailored Salesforce offerings and go-to-market plays that address specific industry and account needs
- Drive co-sell with Salesforce by partnering with Account Executives, Regional VPs, and Partner Sales Managers to execute joint pursuits, and accelerate ACV growth across Financial Services accounts
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
- Understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem of services and solutions
- Track record of interacting with and building relationships with C-level client contacts
- Experience in driving large deals, with proven track record of closing deals
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
