The role involves developing sales strategies for IT quality assurance solutions, collaborating with clients to meet their needs, and driving revenue growth through new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for new logo sales development of IT quality assurance solutions for organizations
- Develop deeper understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to create customized sales strategy and marketing plans
- Collaborate with clients to understand their IT quality assurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitive positioning within the assigned sectors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and contribute to accurate forecasting
Skills
- 10+ Years of Enterprise Sales experience within IT Services or products (Quality Engineering exp, Business Process Outsourcing exp - all a plus)
- Strong understanding of IT quality assurance concepts and methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and a results-driven approach
