[Remote] Sales Account Manager

They are seeking a Sales Account Manager to generate new business opportunities and manage relationships with existing partners, requiring strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay current with the industry
• Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and features
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports
• Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software
• Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless sales process

Skills

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to develop long-lasting relationships
