Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough contract review, drafting, and negotiation to optimize business outcomes while managing risk
- Analyze cases and perform in-depth legal research to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Support litigation and dispute resolution by preparing documentation and assisting internal and external counsel
- Assess regulatory compliance and assist with due diligence for corporate matters, mergers, and acquisitions
- Design system prompts and rubrics for legal applications, engaging in multi-turn conversations with agents to ensure task accuracy and coherence
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professional ethics in all legal processes and communications
- Collaborate across teams to build and enhance legal tools or applications, leveraging your industry expertise
