Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. FLIK is seeking a versatile and collaborative Policy Writer / L&D Specialist for a 15-month full-time contract engagement. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in creating clear, compliant documentation and is equally comfortable supporting Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives. This individual will serve as a key member of the team, helping shape policies, training content, and internal communications.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and update company policies, procedures, training materials, and internal documentation
- Ensure all content aligns with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear policies, learning materials, and job aids
- Support Learning & Development efforts, including creating guides, training content, and enablement resources
- Maintain consistency in tone, format, and version control across all documentation
- Support audits and compliance reviews related to policy and training documentation
Skills
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, user-friendly language for both policies and training materials
- Experience working in corporate or regulated environments
- Experience in project management, including managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
- Experience in policy writing, technical writing, documentation development, or compliance-related content
- Experience supporting Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives or creating training content strongly valued
- Background in document writing, content development, or instructional design is a plus
