They are seeking a B2B Field Marketing Representative to manage in-person events, engage with business owners, and generate sales leads.
Responsibilities
- Attend ~24-36 events per year (travel required) - Paid by the Company
- Engage directly with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical business owners
- Book qualified calls for the sales team
- Ensure booked calls actually show up (seated calls)
- Outbound calling and follow-ups with event leads
- Represent Service Scalers with energy, confidence, and professionalism
- Manage event setup, materials, and logistics
- Work with marketing + sales to improve messaging and results over time
Skills
- Experience in B2B appointment setting (in-person preferred)
- Highly driven and results-oriented
- Comfortable approaching and talking to strangers
- Strong communicator with high energy
- Self-starter who takes ownership
- Willing to travel frequently
