Meet with Subject Matter Experts to conduct Front End Analysis/Task Analyses and document content-specific knowledge to support training development
Develop SMART Learning Objectives
Design and develop all training content (instructor slides, handbooks, scripts, storyboards, web-based training, decks, interactivity modules, quizzes, activities, etc.)
Create assessments per the defined assessment strategy
Provides support to facilitate answer validation sessions, ensuring assessments are well-aligned and defensible.
Review training content created by other team members
Peer to Peer mentorship and upskilling
Required skills/Qualifications
BA/BS degree in education, learning theory, Instructional design, and/or related discipline field or equivalent practical 10 yrs experience in lieu of degree.
3+ years of experience designing, developing and delivering learning using multiple media.
Experience using Articulate to create training content
Strong organizational skills.
Experience with documentation, technical writing, and narrative scripting.
Tolerance and enthusiasm for working with ambiguity and change.
Experience with e-learning authoring software; i.e. Articulate Storyline 360, Evolve, Google slides for course development.
Strong QA/QC skills
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with technical topics or environments (e.g. computers, programming, networking, front-end development, etc.).
Experience migrating training courses into Cornerstone or other LMS
Video editing such as Premier, Final cut, Camtasia, etc.
Experience in corporate education
(L4) Learning Management System - Cornerstone
(L4) SQL queries and visualization of key performance metrics
Experience with Google Suite, Adobe Suite, Buganizer
