Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Marketing Expert at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in supporting our targeted marketing initiatives and field exposure programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Field Exposure & Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive field publicity strategies, including word-of-mouth screening programs and regional press events. You will help create buzz around our releases and ensure our campaigns reach the right audiences.
- Press Relations: Coordinate with producers, talent, and media representatives for press visits, screenings, reviews, and coverage opportunities. You will manage press list databases, track press attendance, and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
- Event Coordination: Organize regional screenings, oversee resource delivery for local activations, and provide support for press days and regional film festivals. You will ensure every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, multicultural PR groups, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and events. Your ability to collaborate effectively will be key to our success.

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 to $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to base compensation, arenaflex provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
