What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in delivering personalized support to our members. Your primary responsibility will be answering inbound calls and assisting members with a wide range of inquiries related to insurance policies and arenaflex memberships. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Inbound Member Inquiries: Handle incoming calls from members seeking assistance with insurance policies, coverage questions, claims processing, and membership benefits. Your goal is to resolve inquiries efficiently while ensuring every member feels valued and heard.
- Deliver Personalized Solutions: Go beyond scripted responses by actively listening to members' concerns and providing proactive, customized recommendations. Use your problem-solving skills to address unique situations and ensure satisfaction.
- Recommend Valuable Products and Services: Identify opportunities to enhance member value by suggesting relevant insurance products, membership upgrades, and additional services that align with their needs and lifestyle.
- Navigate Multiple Systems: Master our proprietary customer relationship management systems, insurance policy databases, and membership platforms while simultaneously engaging with callers. Efficiency and accuracy are key.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

- Residency Requirement: Must reside within 30 miles of our training facility located at 2601 S. Figueroa, Los Angeles, CA 90007 to attend required in-person training sessions.
