What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be the bridge between our innovative online platform and the personal touch that makes every customer feel valued. Customer Connection & Needs Assessment
- Engage with inbound customers through multiple channels including online chat, email, and telephone to understand their unique car purchasing needs and preferences
- Build genuine rapport by actively listening to customer stories, understanding their lifestyle requirements, and identifying the perfect vehicle that matches their budget and aspirations
- Navigate our comprehensive arenaflex vehicle inventory to present tailored options that align with customer specifications, ensuring every recommendation feels personal and thoughtful
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, maintaining our reputation for exceptional responsiveness and accessibility
Sales Guidance & Journey Support
- Guide customers through every step of the car buying journey, from initial online exploration to final delivery arrangements
- Educate customers on vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and protection plans, empowering them to make informed decisions
- Assist with financing applications by connecting customers with our trusted lending partners and explaining various payment structures
- Coordinate scheduling for vehicle test drives, pickups, and deliveries to ensure a smooth transition from online interest to in-store experience
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure complete satisfaction and address any questions that may arise
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- Collaborate with sales associates, finance specialists, and service team members to create a unified, seamless experience for every customer
