Position Overview

We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to fill multiple Remote Customer Service Representative positions on our afternoon and evening shift team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working during peak evening hours (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST) and must be available to work at least one weekend day per week.
