Workday Analyst, People Systems

This position is a highly skilled, process-oriented Workday People System Analyst reporting directly to the Senior Associate Director, Workday People Systems & Service Delivery. This individual contributor role focuses on the technical execution and daily support of our HR systems. The ideal candidate is a systems-level thinker who executes processes with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. As an integral part of the team, you will support the day-to-day operations of Workday modules, including HCM, Talent, People Experience, Total Rewards, and cross-functional Payroll-related activities.

This job is primarily performed remotely and is part of a remote team.

WORK CONDITIONS:

|SALARY RANGE: $80,000 - $85,000 annually

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the College's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
