About the Role: Health & Wellness Program Coordinator
We are seeking a talented and motivated Health & Wellness Program Coordinator to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States while making a tangible difference in the well-being of our employees. As a Health & Wellness Program Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for driving health, well-being, and fitness equity objectives through local employee projects and onsite activities. You will play a critical role in developing playbooks to track best practices and optimize employee experiences tied to team objectives. This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders, coordinate logistics for wellness initiatives, and make a measurable impact on our workforce's quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Wellness Objectives: Lead the execution of health, well-being, and fitness equity targets through local employee projects and engaging onsite activities that promote a culture of wellness across the organization.
- Develop Playbooks: Create and maintain comprehensive playbooks to track best practices and optimize employee experiences aligned with team objectives and organizational goals.
- Coordinate Logistics: Lead efforts to coordinate all logistics with local stakeholders, team volunteers, and multi-vendor support and representatives in support of critical well-being initiatives.
- Monitor and Report: Track best practices and outcomes through detailed reporting, preparing management briefings on results and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Drive Excellence: Help guide management of success to drive enhanced employee experience and engagement across all programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional relationships both internally and externally to ensure mission readiness and successful program delivery.
- Act as Department Liaison: Serve as the department liaison for all local team projects and act as the primary point of contact for wellness-related inquiries and initiatives.
- Support Implementation: Support team leads on project implementations and deliverables while upholding exceptional service delivery standards.
- Work Across Programs: Work with a high-performing team in support of well-being, benefit operations, service delivery, communications, and administrative services across Health & Welfare programs.
- Travel Requirements: Travel up to 25% to Benefits Roadshows across the U.S. to support on-site wellness initiatives and employee engagement events.
- Manage Events: Manage logistics and execution of activities, including vendor support, to ensure seamless delivery of wellness programs and events.
- Quality Assessment: Manage quality assessments on success and engagement through surveys and monitoring reports to measure program effectiveness.
- Project Management: Collaborate with the team for project management on local implementations and tune deliverables to meet evolving needs.
- Training and Development: Lead training for volunteers for department projects, ensuring consistent messaging and program delivery standards.
- Strategic Planning: Create project playbooks and manage annual roadmap planning to align wellness initiatives with organizational objectives.

Basic Qualifications (Minimum Requirements)
- Education: Bachelor's degree OR four years of relevant work experience in a related field.
- Project Management Skills: Proven understanding of project planning, organization, communication, file monitoring, and customer service.
