We are currently seeking a meticulous and personable Customer Experience Concierge to join our dynamic Customer Contact Center & Engagement division, supporting our SFR (Single-Family Rental) Dispositions Inventory Team.

This is not a traditional call center role. It is a strategic, relationship-driven position where you will be the central point of contact for a portfolio of residential properties—coordinating repairs, communicating with brokers, and ensuring successful closings for our clients. Position Summary

As a Customer Experience Concierge at careerzynith, you will own the journey of newly acquired properties through our SFR Dispositions pipeline. From the moment a property enters our system, you will shepherd it through listing, repair coordination, documentation review, and final closing. You will work directly with our Relocation Directors, partnered vendors, and a nationwide network of real estate brokers—acting as the facilitator who ensures no detail is overlooked and no timeline is missed.

This is a 100% remote position open to candidates located anywhere within the United States, with a preferred alignment to the Pacific Time Zone given our San Diego operational roots.
