As a remote worker, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to consumers, verifying their information, and filtering out small home improvement jobs to ensure our partners are investing their time in the right channels. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Making continuous outbound calls to consumers to verify their information and filter out small home improvement jobs
* Utilizing an on-screen script and flowchart efficiently to ensure accurate and effective communication
* Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
* Warmly handing off consumers to our partners to ensure a seamless experience
* Collaborating with the team to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build rapport with clients and provide clear, concise information
* Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

**Shifts Available**
We offer two flexible shift options to accommodate your needs:
* Part-time: 28 hours per week
+ Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 4pm - 9pm
+ Saturday: 9am - 5pm
* Full-time: 40 hours per week
+ Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 12pm - 8pm
+ Saturday: 9am - 5pm
