Key Responsibilities
- Passenger Identification & Verification: Accurately check and confirm passenger IDs, ensuring compliance with security regulations.
- Baggage Management: Tag, lift, and handle passenger luggage up to 100 lb, coordinating with ground‑handling teams to guarantee timely loading and unloading.
- Reservation Support: Book, modify, and confirm flight reservations using careerzynith’s reservation system; upsell ancillary services such as extra legroom and additional baggage.
- Real‑Time Communication: Update passengers on flight status, gate changes, and boarding information via the careerzynith public‑address system and digital messaging tools.

Minimum Qualifications
