FLSA STATUS: Exempt

This is a supplemental contract for teachers of all subjects in grades 6-12. Compensation will occur at the end of the semester. Payment varies based upon student success and completion: Teachers will earn $75 for each child who passes a semester course with a 60% or higher, $25 for each child who earns 5% or higher. If a student transfers in after the beginning of the school year, the transfer grade does not count toward payment, it is only what the student does in the virtual course after that constitutes payment with the above conditions. Virtual teachers attend a training during the summer and sign an agreement of job description and expectations.
