We are hiring a Senior TPM to lead execution of AI-driven operational initiatives, specifically:
- Agentification of internal Ops workflows
- Deployment of Risk Adjustment AI into production
- Embedding AI agents directly into regulated healthcare processes
This is a delivery-heavy role. Not strategy. The mandate is to ship stable, production-grade systems.
The role operates in a 3-person pod model and drives execution across Engineering, Data Science, and Operations.

- Drive end-to-end delivery from scoped requirements to production
- Define quality thresholds and release gates
- Ensure monitoring, rollback controls, and human-in-the-loop safeguards
- Drive adoption within Ops

Requirements
Required Experience
- 6–10+ years Product or Technical Program Management
- Proven experience shipping AI-enabled capabilities into production
- Healthcare experience required
- Architecture-level fluency (can challenge design decisions)
- Experience embedding systems into real workflows
