Position Overview

At Autodesk, we empower innovators everywhere to design and make a better world. As a Senior Finance Manager, Customer Success Management, you will play a critical role in supporting this mission by partnering with Customer Success leaders to drive sustainable, customer-centric growth across Autodesk’s Enterprise and Subscription business. You will report to the Senior Finance Director for Customer Success Finance organization and will be the main business partner for the Vice President, Customer Success Management.

This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and customer outcomes. You will help shape financial strategy for post-sales motions including token consumption, usage, offering renewals and expansion, while enabling data-driven decisions that improve customer value, efficiency, and long-term ARR growth.
