As a Senior Data Analyst within our Immediate to Buyer Item and Tech Examination group, you will be entrusted with responsibilities that span the full spectrum of analytical work. Your contributions will be instrumental in helping arenaflex understand how our digital products perform and how we can continuously improve them. Here's what you can expect to do in this role:
- Conduct Comprehensive Analyses: Design and build examinations, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting dashboards that provide critical support for operations and decision-making within our sign-up and digital product spaces. Your work will empower stakeholders across the organization to make data-informed choices.
- Answer Key Business Questions: Serve as the primary analytical expert addressing core business questions related to conversion streams across our streaming platforms. Provide deep logical expertise to improve customer experience and increase transformation rates.
- Drive Analytical Capabilities: Advance the scientific and analytical capabilities of the business by collaborating on the design of innovative analytic solutions. Deliver exceptional data insights and products that solve complex business challenges.
- Master Data Visualization Tools: Utilize advanced data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access, manipulate, and analyze both structured and unstructured datasets efficiently.
- Apply Statistical Methods: Employ descriptive and inferential statistical techniques including t-tests, chi-square tests, ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression modeling, and factor analysis to understand cohort behaviors and values, creating meaningful impact across the organization.

- Professional Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics role, demonstrating strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale.
- End-to-End Project Delivery: Demonstrated experience delivering complete analysis projects—from ambiguous requirements to meaningful storytelling, accessible across various audiences, and ultimately leading to measurable business results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, cross-functional partners, and technical collaborators. You should be comfortable presenting findings before senior leadership.
