- Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing shipment updates, and resolving concerns through face-to-face interactions and telephone communications. - Freight Processing: Handle the coordination and movement of cargo, ensuring all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. This includes tracking packages, managing documentation, and verifying shipment details to maintain our high standards of accuracy.
