• What You’ll Do*
• Engage inbound and outbound leads
• Partner with marketing on campaigns and follow-up
• Schedule discovery calls and demos
• Maintain CRM and pipeline accuracy
• Represent Innova at events
• Gather field feedback to improve product development and messaging

• Sales, business development, or healthcare experience (SaaS a plus)
• Strong communicator and relationship builder
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a startup environment
