We're RXR Media — a direct mail marketing agency doing $300K+/month with 300+ clients served. We run EDDM flyer campaigns for home service companies (tree service, HVAC, lawn care, roofing). We design it, print it, target it, mail it. The client's phone rings.
We need sales reps who can get on the phone and close.
This is a cold + warm calling role. New reps start on cold outbound. The warmest leads go to the reps who prove they can close. There is no set number of calls per day — some days it's 80, some days it's 120. If that sounds like a lot, this isn't for you.
Compensation:
Up to $2,000/mo base salary
5% commission on every sale
1.5% recurring commission on all retained client revenue — this pays you every single month for clients you've already closed
Realistic earnings: $5,000–$10,000+/mo and the ceiling grows every month as your book builds
We fired our last round of hires because they didn't put in the work. The base exists to support you while you build your pipeline — not to be your paycheck. The recurring commission is where the real money is.
Who you are:
You've done outbound sales before — cold calling isn't new to you
Comfortable making 80-120+ calls per day without being told to
Self-starter who treats this like their own business
Strong on the phone — this is a calling role, not an email role
You see the recurring commission and understand this is a long-term play
Fluent English required
