[Remote] Sr. Implementation Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sibel Health builds FDA-cleared wearable monitoring technology and is seeking a Sr. Implementation Project Manager to lead clinical deployments. The role involves managing project plans and timelines while serving as the primary contact for stakeholders in health systems during the implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, Gantt charts, and milestone trackers across concurrent implementations
• Run internal and customer-facing meetings; track and close action items; hold stakeholders accountable
• Identify risks early and resolve or escalate effectively
• Serve as the day-to-day implementation lead with health system customers
• Guide customers through all stages of implementation, from initiation to Go-Live
• Manage EHR/EMR integration work streams alongside Engineering and IT counterparts
• Feed field insights back to Product and Engineering to improve platform and process

Skills

• 8+ years in implementation project management in healthcare tech, digital health, or medical devices
• Direct experience managing hospital or health system stakeholders - clinical, IT, and operational
• Working knowledge of EHR/EMR systems and healthcare integration standards
• Strong written and verbal communication - can run a meeting, write a crisp update, and adjust approach based on audience
• Passion for learning about new technologies and products
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience deploying wearables
• Familiarity with operating PM tools
