They are seeking a creative and reliable Remote Social Media & Content Coordinator to help manage and grow its social media presence through content creation and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule content for Instagram and Facebook
- Manage stories, reels, posts, and daily social media engagement
- Respond to messages and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Promote food truck locations, catering services, meal prep, and special events
- Support content planning and contribute marketing ideas
- Help maintain a consistent brand image, and posting schedule
- Monitor social media trends and engagement performance
Skills
- Fluent English
- Experience managing Instagram and Facebook business pages
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Basic graphic design skills and/or Canva experience preferred
- Photography and/or video editing experience is a plus
