They are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the delivery of ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Coordinate project activities across business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and implementation partners
- Facilitate project kick-off meetings, sprint planning, status meetings, steering committee updates, and project reviews
- Ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow modules including:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- Discovery
- CMDB
- Manage Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive dashboards
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and hypercare activities
- Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational handoff
- Monitor project financials including forecasting, budgeting, and resource utilization
- Drive issue resolution and change management throughout the project lifecycle
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of Project Management experience
- 5+ years managing ServiceNow implementation projects
- Strong understanding of: ServiceNow ITSM
- Strong understanding of: ITOM
- Strong understanding of: Discovery
- Strong understanding of: CMDB
- Experience working with implementation partners and offshore development teams
- Experience managing enterprise-scale IT transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certification
- Experience with: HAM
- Experience with: SAM
- Experience with: Service Catalog
- Experience with: Virtual Agent
- Experience with: IntegrationHub
- Experience with: Flow Designer
