They are seeking a Senior Director of Growth to drive revenue growth, develop sales strategies, and lead high-performing sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams
- Forecast sales performance and establish growth targets
- Provide insights to executive leadership based on market trends and analytics
- Own and deliver against revenue targets and KPIs
- Optimize sales processes, pipelines, and forecasting accuracy
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
- Drive consistent, scalable sales growth across regions or segments
- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales organization
- Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Develop succession planning and leadership pipelines
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic accounts
- Represent the company in high-level sales negotiations and partnerships
- Gather customer insights to inform product and service improvements
- Partner with marketing to align lead generation and brand strategies
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to align offerings with market needs
- Work with finance on pricing strategies and revenue planning
- Implement CRM and sales tools to improve efficiency and visibility
- Establish best practices and standardized sales methodologies
- Ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and data integrity
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 10–15+ years of progressive sales experience, including senior leadership roles
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and analytics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- MBA preferred
