TeleSolv Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Acquisition Specialist to support government acquisition, procurement, project management, financial tracking, and mission support operations. This role plays a key part in supporting the Government’s mission by providing comprehensive acquisition and procurement support across complex operational environments.
Responsibilities
- Review pre‑award contract files to validate sound acquisition planning, complete documentation, and compliant solicitation practices
- Assess solicitation documents to ensure evaluation factors align with instructions to offerors and promote fair competition
- Evaluate award documentation to confirm that source selection decisions are logical, well‑supported, and clearly documented
- Validate determinations of fair and reasonable pricing and the consistency of technical and past performance evaluations
- Review post‑award contract administration actions, including contract modifications, COR oversight, and performance documentation
- Assess invoice processing and payment procedures for accuracy and compliance with prompt payment requirements
- Provide findings and recommendations to Government personnel for final decision‑making, in accordance with non‑inherently governmental role limitations
Skills
- Expert‑level knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and related acquisition policies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex acquisition documentation and identify compliance risks
- Demonstrated expertise in acquisition compliance reviews, audits, and contract file documentation
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to convey findings and recommendations effectively to Government stakeholders
- Ability to manage sensitive information in compliance with applicable security and privacy requirements
