Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the data center construction market
- Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, electrical contractors, mechanical contractors, and data center developers
- Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline through networking, industry events, referrals, and prospecting activities
- Present workforce solutions tailored to client project needs, timelines, and labor requirements
- Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful workforce delivery and client satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service terms
- Monitor market trends, project activity, labor demands, and competitive landscape
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records
Skills
- Strong background in business development, staffing, workforce solutions, construction services, or data center infrastructure
- Established network within the mission-critical construction industry
- Experience in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing relationships with contractors, EPC firms, developers, and end users involved in data center construction
