Hilton is a globally recognized hospitality brand seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of features within their Property Management System. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, translating business needs into product requirements, and enhancing the user experience for hotel team members worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for assigned PEP capabilities, ensuring alignment with the broader platform roadmap
- Own the full product lifecycle from intake through delivery and continuous improvement
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution against business and platform goals
- Translate business needs into well-defined, high-quality product requirements in close collaboration with Product Owners and engineering teams
- Maintain a strong understanding of the end-to-end user experience, incorporating customer feedback, research, and operational insights into product decisions
- Drive clarity and alignment across stakeholders by communicating trade-offs, risks, and progress in a structured and transparent way
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Technology, Customer Experience, or a related field
- 1+ years of hospitality experience, either on-property or in a corporate role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
- Agile or Scrum certification is a plus
