They are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative who will manage customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, identifying customer needs, and building relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Skills
- Applicants must reside in NY, CT or PA
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Microsoft Office experience required
- Your internet connection speed greater than or equal to a download rate of 200 Mbps and an upload rate of 50 Mbps
- You can connect to your internet provider's service with a hard-wired connection?
- You able to provide a professional setting while working that is free from noise or distraction?
