Armstrong Transport Group is a third-party logistics provider headquartered in Charlotte, offering innovative technology solutions to create seamless connections for shippers and carriers. They are seeking an experienced National Sales Recruiter to focus on recruiting sales professionals within the logistics industry, managing full-cycle recruiting efforts and building strong partnerships with hiring leaders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary recruiter for experienced sales hiring across all office locations nationwide
- Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract experienced freight brokerage and logistics sales professionals
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive and active candidates within the 3PL industry
- Partner closely with Sales and Operations leadership to understand hiring needs and market trends
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Provide insight to leadership on market conditions, compensation trends, and competitive recruiting activity within the logistics industry
- Collaborate with HR and training teams to support onboarding and ensure a seamless transition for new hires
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate data within the applicant tracking system
- Assist with additional recruiting initiatives and projects as needed
Skills
- 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience within the third-party logistics or freight brokerage industry
- Strong understanding of logistics sales structures, compensation plans, and industry terminology
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and recruiting platforms
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple openings and priorities independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Experience recruiting sales professionals in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Experience working remotely and collaborating across multiple office locations
- Bachelor's degree
