Skills
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, or related field with demonstrated ownership of program performance
- Ability to interpret performance data, generate insights, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies that align to business objectives and drive measurable outcomes
- Proven ability to influence and partner across teams to deliver results in a matrixed environment
- Experience managing multiple initiatives, priorities, and stakeholders with strong execution discipline
- Experience with Managing and running Lead Generation
- Excellent communication skills
- Salesforce background experience
