Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in assigned therapeutic areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers (immunologists, gastroenterologists, oncologists, and rare disease specialists)
- Navigate public and private healthcare institutions to position products effectively
- Drive product awareness, access, and adoption across targeted accounts
- Manage territory efficiently, leveraging deep knowledge of local market dynamics, regulations, and bidding processes
- Represent the organization with professionalism and uphold compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations
Skills
- Minimum 7+ years of experience as an Institutional Sales Specialist Representative in pharmaceutical companies
- Strong background in biotechnological Drugs and pathologies requiring high-cost treatments
- Demonstrated success in engaging specialists in immunology and gastroenterology
- Proven ability to navigate public and private institutions effectively
