careerzynith is seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our remote Call Center as First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for engineers, technicians, and field operators who need to report property damage. Your primary responsibility will be to capture accurate claim information, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the efficient processing of subrogation cases.
This position is fully remote, offering flexible scheduling across a 24/7/365 operation. You will receive comprehensive training, state‑of‑the‑art equipment, and ongoing support to ensure your success.
careerzynith offers a competitive base salary complemented by a tiered bonus structure and a dedicated FNOL incentive program designed to reward high performance.
Bonuses are calculated based on total fees generated across the call center during the month and are paid on the paycheck following the period in which they are earned.
In addition to the tiered bonus, the FNOL incentive program provides an extra $10 for each day you meet or exceed the established talk‑time, not‑ready‑time, and service‑level standards. This incentive is calculated daily and paid on the 5th of the following month.
