What You'll Be Doing
As a Remote Financial Services Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a multifaceted role that combines client engagement, financial planning, and team development. This position offers incredible variety and the chance to develop a wide range of skills. Here's what you can expect:
- Client Consultation & Relationship Building: Conduct personalized appointments with potential and existing clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and unique circumstances. You'll develop customized financial strategies that align with their dreams—whether that's retirement planning, wealth accumulation, or protecting their family's future.
- Financial Plan Development & Delivery: Create comprehensive financial plans that address multiple aspects of your clients' financial health. You'll present these plans with confidence and clarity, ensuring clients fully understand their options and feel empowered to make informed decisions.
- Long-Term Client Partnership: Our relationships don't end after the initial sale. You'll follow up with clients year after year, reviewing their progress, adjusting strategies as needed, and being their trusted financial partner throughout life's changes.
- Business Development & Outreach: Conduct professional calls with industry representatives and potential clients to expand arenaflex's reach and impact. You'll be instrumental in growing our community of financially empowered individuals.
- Team Member Development: Train and onboard new hires, sharing your knowledge and passion for financial services. You'll mentor emerging talent, helping them develop into key team members who carry forward our commitment to excellence and client service.
- License Acquisition & Continuing Education: Obtain required financial licenses (Life and Series 6 required; Series 26, 63, and 65 available as optional enhancements). We invest in your professional development so you can serve clients with confidence and competence.
