The Customer Success Manager will drive strategic client growth, manage revenue and profitability, and ensure successful execution of tailored solutions while building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations, while proactively identifying new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling within existing
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Healthcare Dental Domain, including domains such as Multi-Unit Healthcare and Retail Health (Vet, Vision, etc), providing strategic insights and domain knowledge to drive solutions
- Create and execute strategic account plans to ensure long-term client success and revenue growth
- Meet and exceed revenue targets by managing account P&L and identifying cost-effective solutions
- Understand client needs and align company services and products to deliver tailored, industry-specific AI solutions, leveraging vertical AI capabilities across domains such as Health & Dental Care to address unique business challenges and drive measurable outcomes
- Work closely with delivery, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects
- Lead contract discussions, renewals, and pricing negotiations to secure long-term partnerships
- Continuously monitor emerging trends, regulatory changes, technological advancements, and competitor strategies across Healthcare, Dental, Multi-Unit, and Retail Health domains. Leverage these insights to anticipate client challenges, identify innovation opportunities, and deliver proactive AI-driven and business transformation solutions aligned with industry’s best practices. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the US region
Skills
- 12-18 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in consulting, IT services, or enterprise solutions
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders
- Deep understanding of the Healthcare and Dental industry and the ability to position company offerings effectively
- Ability to address client challenges with strategic and innovative solutions
- Experience in handling project budgets, P&L, and contract terms
- Knowledge of IT solutions, digital transformation, and dental software products
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
