- Background Check: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Florida Residence: This is a remote position, and you must currently reside within the state of Florida.
Technical Requirements
- Workspace: A dedicated work area large enough to accommodate computer monitors, free from distractions, and suitable for webcam use during team meetings and collaborations.
- Internet Connection: A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection with download speeds of 30 Mbps or higher and upload speeds of 10 Mbps or higher. You can test your speed at speedtest.net or contact your service provider. Meeting this requirement is essential for smooth customer interactions.
- Equipment Provided: arenaflex will provide your computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam. You simply need to provide the high-speed internet connection.
- Two-Factor Authentication: You must have a cell phone or tablet capable of supporting two-factor authentication through Okta Verify. This can be either a smartphone/tablet with the Okta mobile app downloaded, or a cell phone that can receive SMS messages and phone calls for verification purposes.
