Key Responsibilities of the Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative supporting careerzynith’s healthcare partner, you will serve as the first point of contact for a diverse range of internal and external customers, including members, providers, potential members, state agencies, and internal departments. Compensation and Benefits

careerzynith is committed to offering competitive compensation for contract professionals. For this role, the pay rate is $19.00 – $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
