We are currently seeking a motivated, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative – Member Well-being Support Specialist to join our Member Support team. This is a fully remote position, ideal for professionals who thrive in a structured call center environment and are passionate about guiding individuals toward resources that improve their overall well-being. Starting Compensation and Growth Opportunities

At careerzynith, we believe in rewarding dedication and performance from day one. This role begins at $15 per hour, with the potential to increase to $16 per hour within the first year based on performance and merit. In addition, team members have access to structured bonus opportunities tied to Key Job Accountabilities (KJA) at the 6-month, 12-month, and 24-month milestones. These incentives are designed to recognize and reward excellence, giving you a clear pathway to increase your earnings as you develop your skills and contribute to member satisfaction.

Remote Work Requirements and Technical Setup

This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in a designated workspace free from distractions. careerzynith provides all necessary technology equipment, and selected candidates will be trained remotely. To ensure success in this role, you must have:

Physical and Environmental Requirements

This position is primarily sedentary, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods. You must be able to speak, see, and hear effectively to communicate with members and team members. The role involves using a telephone and computer keyboard for the majority of the workday, with the ability to lift up to 10 lbs if needed. This is a work-from-home position, and you will be expected to maintain a professional home office environment that supports focus, privacy, and productivity.
