Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and action-oriented professional to join our Customer Care team as a Remote Customer Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat. You will guide customers through the ordering process, resolve post-order issues related to delivery, billing, and shipping, and provide exceptional support for both domestic and international customers.

This is a full-time, direct-hire position with flexible scheduling requirements. Our Customer Care center operates seven days a week, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Candidates must be available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure we continue to deliver outstanding service to our global customer base.

Compensation and Benefits

We believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication. The salary for this position is $19.00 per hour, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market.
