[Remote] Centralized Accounts Payable Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CoralTree Hospitality is a growing Hospitality Management Company seeking a Centralized Accounts Payable Specialist. The role involves managing Accounts Payable responsibilities such as invoice processing, data entry, and month-end closing for multiple entities, along with special projects like general ledger reconciliation and audit responses.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and organizing invoices via multiple sources
• GL coding and review
• Data entry
• Check printing/payment processing
• Statement reconciliation
• Reporting
• Month-end closing processes
• Special AP projects, including, but not limited to: Pre-opening and transition invoice processing for new properties
• Balance sheet reconciliation and research
• AP tasks for several entities are managed centrally, and therefore this position will be from the home office and not at the physical location of the entity

Skills

• High School Graduate
• Accounting/Finance experience, must have knowledge of AP processing
• Fluency in English, both verbal and non-verbal
• Able to provide and follow professional communication and directions and work independently
• Able to prioritize; work must be timely and accurate
• Proficient with 10 Key
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
• Extended time working at a computer and sitting at a desk
• General Ledger experience
• Oracle, HIA, and Craftable experience
