They are seeking a Business Development Representative to join their remote sales team and drive expansion through proactive outreach and relationship building with customers across the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through B2B outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, and research
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts
- Collaborate with the nationwide sales team to grow your territory
- Utilize CRM systems, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn to manage pipelines and track results
- Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs
Skills
- Minimum 2 years of B2B and cold-calling experience
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Sales experience in commercial roofing or construction is a plus
- Background in call centers or expo sales preferred
