Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Bookkeeping & Financial Operations Specialist to support day-to-day financial activities and ensure accurate record-keeping across the organization. This role is responsible for managing core accounting functions, including bank reconciliations, invoice processing, payment tracking, collections, and maintaining up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks. The position also plays a key role in supporting month-end reputed company activities, preparing financial reports, and maintaining well-structured documentation and filing systems. The ideal candidate is a proactive and reliable professional with strong QuickBooks expertise and a solid background in bookkeeping or data entry. They possess excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision, handling financial responsibilities with accuracy and reputed company, and effectively communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
