Responsibilities
- Handle 100+ inbound & outbound calls daily
- Schedule in-home & virtual appointments for our sales teams
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction
- Engage with customers via phone and chat
- Follow up on leads from web, social, and marketing campaigns
- Navigate multiple systems (up to 3 at once) while staying organized
- Track performance using metrics and CRM tools
Skills
- 1–2 years of call center, inside sales, or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills—clear, confident, and professional
- Comfortable in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Dedicated quiet workspace + reliable high-speed internet
